{Q:} The women on your website all look like models. I am not not a "model"... is this still for me?

{A:} To start off, we want to say thank you! To say all of these ladies look like models is a huge compliment because NONE of these gorgeous ladies are models. They are women, just like you, who thought they wouldn't be able to look THAT good. Then, they came in for their shoot and I blew their minds. We try not to brag too much, but we are very good at what we do! We have been trained to put you in the most flattering positions with the best lighting and make you feel like the bombshell that you are. We take in consideration what you don't love and love about yourself and make YOU look your very best. None of my ladies know how to pose or what to do, which is why we direct you every step of the way! From helping to you prepare for your photo shoot with wardrobe tips, to posing every inch of you, to coaching your breathing through the session. You just have to show up! 

{Q:} How far in advance should I book my session?

{A:} We recommend that women have their shoot date scheduled for about 6 to 8 weeks prior to needing the finished product in-hand. Also, being a two-woman show, we tend to book up very quickly so if you are at all interested, we would schedule your no obligation consultation soon! Your photo reveal appointment will be approximately 2 weeks after your photo session, and your finished product (depending on what you order) will arrive between 3 to 4 weeks after that. RUSH delivery available for some cases for an extra fee.

{Q:} What do your packages include?

{A:} The session fee starts at 499 which includes the photo shoot with your photographer, professional hair and makeup application, magazine quality retouching of your images, wardrobe access, snacks and beverages, and the photo viewing for you to order photo products a la carte or by collections. With that being said, our most popular collections is the Gold Collection, which includes our luxury 8 X 8 40- image album, wall art, and all images as high resolution digital files! At your photo reveal appointment, you will have the option of choosing to upgrade your album, additional album images, metal wall art, photo prints, and/or digital files. Clients are almost always SHOCKED by how many photos they cannot live without from their session. They think they are going to be the one client that just doesn't get good photos...and they're always proved wrong (but with a smile!). Yep, we're *THAT* good here!  

Our packages are thoughtfully built based on our clients most frequent purchases as well as the high demand and limited availability. We do have an incredible selection of additional products that you may upgrade to or purchase separately at your photo reveal appointment.

{Q:} When do I get to see my photos?

{A:} Well, this is exciting! Boudoir by Hannah Rose is proud to offer remote photo reveals and ordering appointments 2 weeks after your photo session. We do reveal sessions together for a few reasons! First, for your convenience. We have an amazing system that will help our clients decide between images, comparing images side by side to choose favorites, and assisting with getting great variety for albums and the perfect wall art pieces. Because we show you so many amazing images of yourself, sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming to pick out the best of the best for you to keep. The in-person photo reveal is much appreciated by our clients and is our favorite part of the whole process!

Second, for security. While doing some sort of online proofing gallery by yourself is industry standard for lots of different types of photography, beauty and boudoir can be more sensitive in nature. We don't want to store your images anywhere online, leaving them vulnerable to being hacked and exploited by anyone but you. We take your privacy seriously, so the in-person photo reveal takes care of this!

{Q:} I see that you have brightly lit images and dark and moody images on your website. Do I have to choose between the two or does every shoot have a mix of images?

{A:} Boudoir portrait photography is our specialization at Boudoir By Hannah Rose. With this being said, there are many different styles of boudoir photography! You can love a dark and moody look, which accentuates a woman's form and highlights certain areas. You can have a bright and airy image, which is amazing when photographing for a more flirtatious feeling. There are silhouettes, body scapes, etc! When we sit down for our consultation, we will go over all the different styles you can be photographed and see what speaks to you. If you don't know yet, that's okay! We set you up with a customized pinterest board to help figure out your style.

As for us, we are able to shoot everything! Our style does tend to lean towards dark, moody, and silhouettes, but we love that our work has such a variety of images and can bounce between all the different styles!

{Q:} Where will my photo session take place? Do you have a studio?

{A:} Our Studio has a beautiful natural light studio in Santa Clara, CA! The studio is set up for multiple areas to shoot from! The bedroom and living room both have polished natural wood floors, white walls, minimal furniture, no clutter, with you as the star of the show!

Hannah Rose is also available for travel for an additional fee.

{Q:} I'm really not comfortable with being photographed almost or completely nude, but I really want you to photograph me. Is that a possibility?

{A:} TOTALLY! Our specialty is photographing WOMEN--that's in ANY level of dress or undress. Women who do not want to be photographed nude or even in lingerie are still welcome! You may be more comfortable with a "cute sweater weather" type shoot, etc.

{Q:} The images on your website are very tasteful and pretty, but what if I wanted to get a little more...um...risque?

{A:} Again, TOTALLY! On the scale from 1-10 on the "erotic" meter, our style is more of a 5.5. What you see on our website and on social media feeds is a very accurate representation of what we offer. We are more into the idea of hinting towards a sensual or sexual act! We want you to be able to truly explore your sexuality and fuel your passions with courage, all while keeping your images timeless and classy. Bondage sets are okay to bring and will probably be the "sauciest" we will shoot. We will shoot shibari, but not in the studio. No mastur#ation or s#x in the studio. That is a firm policy.

{Q:} What should I wear?

{A:} The most frequently asked question we get from clients is "What do I wear?". The answer is actually quite simple.. what you feel gorgeous in! Now, sometimes we just have no idea what we feel beautiful in. So, If you are having any outfit troubles or questions, please email, call, or text me. There is also a pre-session payment plan bonus (ask for more info) where we will personally go with you or screen share online as your shopping assistant and help you pick out outfits. We have a full wardrobe guide we will go through during your consult and figure out what 3 "looks" or outfits we want during your session (yes, "nude" counts as an outfit). We have a client closet provided at the studio to pick out pieces as well! We understand that lingerie and clothes shopping can be a little (or a lot) terrifying, but trust us when we say we have great options in the studio for EVERY body.

{Q:} Can I have someone with me at my session?

{A:} Sometimes your best friend is what you feel you need to calm your nerves and give you reassurance. While we completely understand a friend can relieve some nerves, we typically do not have friends at the studio during your session. While we are shooting, we are walking around and moving many parts and pieces. Sometimes friends can be more harm then good during a shoot (running in to “touch you up” in between every shot, directing your posing, etc). If you would like to have your friend/boyfriend/husband/spouse in on the action, feel free to bring them to the session reveal! Our only policy is whomever you bring to your reveal needs to be someone who lifts you up and is an air of complete positivity!

{Q:} On which days of the week can I have my photo session?

{A:} We accept shoots 4 days a week Sundays-Thursdays. For those who need other days, we can book you out up to 12 months in advanced for you to be able to take time from work if need be.

{Q:} Will you photoshop my images?

{A:}  While this can be a touchy subject for some people, we do use photoshop for our own personal brand and style. Our sessions border on glamour shoots, which means while we don't go too crazy, we do a basic skin smoothing on everyone that gives an even glow. This removes bags under the eyes, smoothes any bulges created by outfits, and removing cellulite. We rely on professional posing and angles to give you the very best images, but we will edit out minor blemishes/skin flaws.

Many women ask about the retouching of stretch marks. While we firmly believe that your stretch marks are a part of your story and therefore are beautiful, we do also understand many women’s aversion to their own. Our standard skin smoothing process will fade the appearance of stretch marks, but please be sure to request more or less at your photo shoot appointment if you have a different preference.

{Q:} I am a school teacher/pastor's wife/high profile actress/ don't want to share my images... is this okay?

{A:} We do not post or share images unless you say it's okay! Every client who is on our social media platforms have given us signed permission to use their images. You can rest absolutely assured that your images will never be shared without your permission. You will see them directly during your in-person photo viewing!! If you are coming in from out of town to shoot with us and an in-person viewing is not possible, we will make other accommodations for you for a long distance viewing that is still secure. 

If you do decide to permit us to use your images, we will not use your real name and never tag you on social media!

We are always happy to sign NDA's should you need one from me because of your profession or public visibility.  

{Q:} Do you photograph men?

{A:} Depends. Is it Jason Momoa asking???... On a serious note, we shoot men on a case by case basis. Our specialty is not in posing men solo, so we actually fly another boudoir photographer out who specializes in men and is more then qualified to photograph you. For those of you women who have already booked and had a shoot with us, we do offer couples sessions!

{Q:} Do you shoot weddings, families, etc??

{A:} The short answer is no. The long answer is no. We specialize solely in boudoir and do not shoot outside of what we are AMAZING at.

{Q:} Do you offer payment plans?

{A:} WE SURE DO! A Boudoir Session with us is a luxury experience that every woman deserves to have. For that reason, we want your investment to be stress free and manageable. In addition to working with PayPal Credit (apply) we also offer pre-session payment plans as a financing option for your session! With our pre-session payment plans, you will pick out your desired collection ahead of time and we will break up your investment into either bi-weekly or Monthly installments leading up to your session. On session day, your collection will already be taken care of and you will have one less think to think about!
